TOWERS (photolitho)
Photolithography is a printmaking process in which aluminium plates are made photographically and then used to print duplicates of images, in this case on a hand-operated Harry F Rochat etching press.
These are 3-colour prints, which means each colour is printed from a separate aluminium plate and a great deal of care is needed to align each one of them on the press.
The lithographs are part of The Geometry of Living series, which contemplates functionality of the modern estate architecture.
