TOWERS (etching)
Etching is a printmaking process in which multiples of an image can be printed from a metal plate (zinc in this case). The plate is first coated with an acid-resistant substance, through which the design is drawn with a sharp tool and then covered with acid to attack the parts the needle has exposed.
The etchings are part of The Geometry of Living series, which contemplates functionality of the modern estate architecture.
